This is an area of high importance to any licenced establishment. We only serve premium quality drinks. No cheap ‘knock-offs’. Just a perfectly served drink, the way it was designed to be served.
We’re not just talking premium quality drinks but also down to the finer detail. Glassware is of the utmost importance. Every drink must be served in the correct glassware. Even a regular glass of water must be served with ice and a slice.
Even our straws! They’re made from discarded see shells and fully biodegradable or plant-based material. We stopped using plastic straws back in early 2017.
